1. Introduction
Welcome to Dreams Travel. By using our services, you agree to comply to the following terms and conditions and we trust they are to your satisfaction . Please read them carefully and contact us if you require any further information

Dreams Travel offers the following services:
- Flight Bookings
- Tours & Experiences
- Car Rentals & Transport
- Tailored Travel Planning
- Corporate & Group Travel
- Accommodation Bookings
3. Booking and Payment
- Booking: All bookings can be made via emails, social media platforms, and our official website.
- Payment: Payments can be made via bank transfer. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. (Note: We are currently setting up our online payment link with the bank, and do not accept credit cards yet.)
- Confirmation: Booking confirmation will be provided upon receipt of full payment.
4. Cancellation and Refunds
- Cancellation by Client: Cancellation policy is subject to the principal operator’s policies, therefore cancellation and refund policies may differ for every reservation. Please see your quote for cancellation and refund notes.
- Cancellation by Dreams Travel: We reserve the right to cancel any booking. In such cases, clients will receive a full refund or an alternative arrangement.
5. Changes to Bookings
- Any changes to bookings must be communicated in writing and may be subject to additional charges.
- Dreams Travel will make every effort to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.
6. Travel Documents
- Passport and Visas: Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and necessary visas for their travel. Please discuss your passport nationality with your consultant timeously to assist you with the relevant visa requirements. Dreams Travel cannot be held responsible if entry is denied for any reason, nor for any change of requirements, delays, or loss of passport caused by the Consulates concerned.
- Travel Insurance: It is mandatory for clients to have travel insurance. Dreams Travel can assist in arranging this. We strongly recommend that the necessary travel insurance cover for the duration of the journey be purchased and are able to advise on the various types of cover available. Note that various credit card companies offer limited levels of travel insurance, which Dreams Travel does not consider sufficient cover for international travel. Kindly check with the respective credit card company for specific details of the cover.
7. Liability
- Service Providers: Dreams Travel acts only as an agent between the passenger and the airline, car rental company, hotels & lodges, and other tour operators for activities. As such, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by the principal.
- Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
8. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for the purpose of arranging travel services. We will not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide the services you have requested.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Namibia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.

11. Amendments
Dreams Travel reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes in advance.
12. Additional Terms
Please Note:
- Rates: All rates quoted are subject to change without prior notice due to currency adjustments and any unforeseen operator increases until full payment has been received and final documentation has been issued. Cancellation charges will be levied on all ticketed airline reservations, hotels, lodges, tours, and activities, as per the principal’s cancellation penalties.
- Foreign Currency: This may be purchased within one month prior to departure, in the form of cash, traveller’s cheques, or credit card access.
- Responsibility: Dreams Travel acts only as an agent between the passenger and the airline, car rental company, hotels & lodges, and other tour operators for activities. As such, we cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, accident, delay, or inconvenience caused by the principal. On collection of your travel documents, you will be requested to sign a Form of Acceptance of the above conditions. A copy of these conditions is available on request.
